Since they have less lint than cotton balls, these cotton ovals are ideal for removing old and unwanted nail polish. They can even be used for soaking up blood from minor cuts or scrapes. To use for face cleansing, including eye makeup and mascara removal, simply add a dime-sized amount of makeup remover to a cotton pad. Close eyes, and gently wipe lids, lashes and lips. For nail polish removal, soak cotton pad in nail polish remover, and gently wipe nail polish off nails.
